This article examines the limits to the applicable concessions in plea bargaining based on the modifications included by Law nº 13.964/19, as well as the legal consequences of setting extralegal benefits. With the approval of the Anticrime Package, there were a series of modifications in the institute of plea bargaining, with emphasis on the express restriction regarding the benefits that can be granted to the employee, removing, due to legality, the possibility of adopting extra-legal prizes. Thus, using the hypothetical-deductive method and the bibliographic review technique, it is formulated the hypothesis of nullity of clauses that grant atypical prizes and the tacit revocation of Art. 4th, §5th, of Law nº 12.850/13.
