IBCCRIM requests admission as Amicus Curiae in theme 1063 of the Superior Court of Justice

On June 20, IBCCRIM requested admission, as amicus curiae, in the special appeal 1.863.084 (STJ, 3rd Section, rapporteur Minister Laurita Vaz), in which the theme 1063 is discussed: "to examine whether it is the competence of the Jury Court to disqualify the crime of homicide committed while driving a motor vehicle, when drunkenness and disrespect for traffic rules are proven".
