Abstract

The article deals with the problem of the admissibility of accusing German companies as possible accomplices to war crimes because weapons produced and exported by them were used in the Yemeni war. In this respect, it is examined whether, under international law, the domestic state authorisation for export can be ruled out because of a possible duty of care with regard to human rights.
